Here in Holland we have a traditional eve, called 'Sinterklaas'. It's nearly the same as Christmas eve, but Santa Claus is called Sinterklaas and he has thousands of 'Black Petes' who help him delivering the packages to the children. You don't use a sock to get the presents placed into, but you use a shoe and you place it in front of the fire place. Also, it's common to put a carrot or some bread in your shoe, for Sinterklaas' horse (called Americo). Sinterklaas comes every year around this time from Spain in a steam boat and he leaves on 6 december.

Normally it's just like Chistmas, with secret Santa's and lot's of sweets and family and so on. So that's what's going on around here ^^

Now back to what I wanted to tell. I've finished the piece for my aunt, I'll upload it in the near future. I'm planning on finishing Tockholes now.

I've been busy with school last weeks, but this week 3 teachers of mine are ill so I don't have Dutch, English or Latin. Yay ^^
My self-study Japanese is going fine, but I want to build some confidence so I'm searching some kind of pen pal. (So if you speak Japanese fluently... XD)

I'm actually bored enough to waste my time with writing this. It's now ... HOLY ****, uhh, it's getting late around here ^^ I'm going to bed. Why does school start so early...
